You would simply stand on one place and dribble your basketball 100 times using your non-dominant arm. Next, you will dribble the ball 100 times using your dominant hand. After that, you’ll dribble the ball 100 times more with the non-dominant side. You should dribble the ball with the tips of your fingers while snapping your arm. You should not use your palms to dribble.

Dribbling Jog is the next drill. You would begin at the baseline of a basketball court. Then, using your dominant hand, you’d dribble while jogging all the way to the opposite end and back. Repeat the process with your non-dominant arm. Three sets should be done with each hand. Dribble your fingers while maintaining your head.
