You would simply stand on one place and dribble your basketball 100 times using your non-dominant arm. Next, you will dribble the ball 100 times using your dominant hand. After that, you’ll dribble the ball 100 times more with the non-dominant side. You should dribble the ball with the tips of your fingers while snapping your arm. Dribbling Jog is the next drill. You would begin at the baseline of a basketball court. Then, using your dominant hand, you’d dribble while jogging all the way to the opposite end and back.
